Well, a lot has happened in the last few months. I went to Texas for two weeks while Greg's wife Sophie, had a baby boy. Their fourth. Jack who's four, Myles and Andrew who are two and a half, and now AJ (Alexander James0 named after his uncle Jimmy. He is so cute. Sophie wants a little girl some day but is happy with her boys, who are all boys!!!!!!!
On New Years Eve, Greg and I will be having a slumber party with Ella, who is six, Lily, who is three, and Laila, who is one. It should be a fun and long night. I'm just glad that we're in our bedroom finally so that we'll have the room.
I love my new bedroom. It is huge and we have two walk in closets. One for Greg and one for me. There ten feet by six feet and I use every inch of it. I have my own fireplace and patio doors out to the back yard. The family room and dinning room and the living room are finished also. I feel like I'm living in heaven. I can't wait until my kitchen is finished now. We also have to replace the carpet on the stairs and lay tile in both entry ways. I'll post a few pictures of some of it.
Greg and I are going back to Texas on the fourteenth of January to see Gregory get his wings. He will be a full fledged pilot in the Marines then. He's pretty excited. We're really proud of that kid.
Jim's doing really great also. He was going to close his welding shop but all of the sudden he got really busy and has gotten some really big contracts. Greg's been out of work like many contractors and will be going to Jackson to help him. He takes very good care of his dad and pays him far more than we think he should. He's a good boy. He also took several contracts to plow snow thinking he wouldn't be busy. He so busy with both business now that it's a wonder he ever gets some sleep. He proving to be a very successful business man and we are really proud of him.
Maya and Sam are at their dads house and Dilya, who goes out almost every night is acting out her teenage years again minus the immaturity. She's a good mother and daughter. Anyway they'll be gone for a week and I can't say I'm not going to enjoy the quiet.
Tracy has her hand's full with her three girls. One day she went upstairs to the play room to find the room filled with stuffing from and couch. She could hear Laila crying but couldn't find her in all the Cotton batting. She finally found her buried, lying flat on her back trying to kick all the batting off of her. We thought Tracy should have thought to get a picture. She didn't think it was appropriate when she was giving them all heck and trying to stuff the batting back into the couch.

Being a grandma is so much funner than being a mom!

AJ and Andrew

I know it's been awhile since I entered anything in my blog but I'm not even sure anyone reads it so I guess I'll enter this one for my future generations sake, (what ever that means)

I'm in Texas right now and have been for two weeks. I go home on Tue. I have enjoyed being with my son and his family. He has three boys who are very active. They are all boy and that means their a hand full. The twins are so cute and getting so big. They are two years now and Jack is four. The baby, AJ, short for Alexander James,(he was named after my younger son James)was born last Wed. at 6:30 a.m. He is almost eight pounds and he is so cute. He looks just like his older brother Jack.

Gregory will get his wings in January and me and my husband will fly out to see that. In the meantime Gregory says they might come home for Christmas. I sure hope so.

I went to church in their ward for the fist time last week. I had already been warned that it wasn't a very friendly ward because they had so many military move in and out of the ward that as soon as they new you weren't going to be there long, they didn't pay much attention to you. Anyway, last week their bishop taught the combined meeting for RS and Priesthood. He taught about how we could all show our loves for other more especially at this time of year. After many suggestion I raised my hand. I told them that I could tell that they were very nice people now that I had listened to the things they had to say in Sunday school and the combined meeting. Then I told them that not one person had said hi to me in the entire day. I told them that had I been an investigator I would have left probably thinking that all Mormon's were like that and not returned. I told them that we need to make sure everyone who walks through the doors of any ward feels loved and accepted. I said it a lot nicer and they seem to receive it well because I had a flood of people come and talk to me today. I hope they keep it up. Greg and his family will be gone soon so I guess we'll never know.

I really miss my husband and family. Lily, who is two asks me every time I talk to her if I'm going to come home and take her to Wally world. Grandpa baby sat them last Friday and when Lily got there she looked everywhere for me and was quiet upset when she couldn't find grandma. So grandpa helped her call me and she told me with a very sad voice, "I miss you grandma. I want you to come home." It made me want to cry. What a cutie.
I will be glad to go home but I will miss my son and his family so much. I will be very hard when he is deployed.

Well I have posted a few pictures for my non-existent readers to see. Love you all, Jeana or grandma Pete what ever the case may be!
